Bearing witness to Christ

At St. John's, we strive to make Jesus Christ known in word and deed so that others can come to know him and the abundant life he offers.

We do this through preaching and teaching that emphasizes the Gospel and a relationship with God through his Son in the power of the Holy Spirit. We also seek to encourage and equip our people to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with others.

St. John's outreach spans community ministries to international missions. The following are a few of the ministries in which we are involved as we make Christ known in our world:

• The White Rock Center of Hope
• Austin Street Centre sandwich ministry
• The Evangelism Committee
• The Outreach Committee
• Medical mission projects to the Batwa people of Southwest Uganda
